    And the Rivertubes are damn proud that your wearing the shirt.
    I was in track in high school. It was a small school that didn’t have a cross country team but I did run the 440, 880, mile relay and did the long jump.
    In the morning before school started I would run about 3 or 4 miles. Then after school There was track practice. On the weekend I would run a near by 9 hole golf course a few times in the middle off the night.

    Remarkable tune. I’m sorry you lost your mom & dad to cancer. It’s horrifically hot here too. I am not mentally capable of processing ‘jock’ talk. But the song blows me away! Have a very fun ‘Do What You Want’ day!

    If you’re right about doing what you want, then I can only watch 60% of this video. Whoops, I watched the whole thing. I get that runner’s high you mentioned when I go on bike rides. I ride for an hour and think about the next pages of a I’m working on and suddenly, the ride is over and I have the next 10 pages of my in my head.
