i jog every other day, at 5:30 am, feel so good for the rest of the day, my hips are burning off like fuel, and stomach is going aswell, notice the leg muscles building up, jogging is so good man, btw this guy sounds so wierd

I dont make any plans for a run/job, usually i drink alot of water a hour before, put on some cheap ass clothes and shoes and run till my legs fall off, shower, and feel a lot better. It does give you that buzz, any time you feel like shit, cant be assed with any work or something. run or jog, it might give you that fuel you are looking for, and get this, its free.
