Most people don’t think about them, they don’t watch for them, so it’s really easy to build up the engineer score by placing them. Plus your team mates will be singing your praises for allowing them to not have to dodge tanks the entire game. If you’re playing on Valparaiso, throw some mines in the water along the shore. Boats get fucked up when they try to land.
AT mines really own, i only use them in Arica Harbor while defending though

These guys are such idiots, the tank drivers. I obviously wont fall for this I always vigilant for AT mines. You know why, cuz I play project reality

I dont like anti tank mines, seem pussyish to just throw somethin on the ground then run away and get free points, I use launchers, but god DAMN they are useless!!! At least 3 – 4 launcher rockets from a carl gustav to blow it up =[
They should power up launchers -_-
I shoot the tanks ‘Weak rear’ and it does like 30% damage =[

Yes, I love ‘em too…great to sneak up to the enemy deployment in conquest and slot a couple under the tracks of the parked tanks. One guy even got out and shot me – then proceeded to get back in the tank and drive off – BOOM!!! – that was worth dying for…I just love to see those point’s racking up (usually double kills too!).
im really sneaky with anti tank mines! the perfect engineer class is UZI, 6 Anti Tank mine
@Kooner91 nope, there not like claymores. But if your dumb enough to shoot at one and your standing over it, it will kill you.
If you stack 6mines on each other, I quite sure a Humvee will fly to the next map .. Atleast it looks like so.
Well for the better players they’ll see a mine and shoot it if its plainly on the road.
Best if you give tips like: 1) try to make sure the enemy does not see you plant the mines. 2) plant the mine whr its sorta camoed or at a hard to see angle for the tank driver. 3) 1mine for quads and humvees & helos. 2mines for heavy vehicles.
i’ve died a couple times from anti-tank mines just by stepping on them… it is a horrible glitch. but i like standing on top of the tank as a medic, it makes the other team wanna get out and kill me but then i kill them and take the tank.
@DryBSIA yea plus you can glitch c4 like i killed this recon dude and he blew up the c4 after death and won the squad rush on laguna alta.
@swordsmanx75 I’ve been using AT mines to destroy MCOM Stations a lot lately. Just throw a grenade in when you’re done and its very effective. But if you died while planting them, people can still accidentally shoot them or grenade them, you just don’t get the points.
