I have asthma and I can only run a mile and a half in 15 minutes, and I have to keep stopping. Im working on it tho
I’ll try out this theory tommorow hopefully it will aid my training =).
GOOD ADVICE NOT LIKE THE OTHER MORONS
All your going to do running around with boots on is get flat feet, boot.
i was enjoying his pitch & what he was saying, till the motherfucker started running on the spot.
i always get tired so fast when i run, i really hope this technique works for me
I usually inhale for two steps and exhale for two steps when I go long distances. For sprinting 200 or 100m, I’ll actually hold my breath for the first 10m when I’m driving out then breath in with two steps and breath out with two steps like my long distance, but much faster
rofl… I had to replay to see him running in place.. that was pretty funny after reading your post!
Thanks for the info I never knew that
thanks for a really good video !!
