    its good to see someone that likes symmetry when tiling, too many tilers start with a full tile against a wall and have a cut on the other, i personally think it is bad practise, lazy and looks like shit.

    Looks good but wouldnt it be easier to meaure out the distance with a tape instead of setting all the tiles down?

    you can account for grout lines. Its just like doing a block wall. Nominally you use 8″x8″x16″ for your measurements; but that takes into account the 5/8″ joint. The block is actually 7.625″x7.625″x15.625″. EXPERTS would know this…of course meaning, expertvillage does not
