I guess with some hard work, you can get faster. a guy your age should be in the low 18s, but i guess if you have just started taking up running, you are quite ahead of other beginners. good work.
keeping your knees that high up is definitely not a good idea when running long distance
hey do you think I’ll be able to compete. I can only run 2 kilometers max and in 9 minutes. I can probably run 5k if i pace myself. school training starts in two weeks. i train hard on weekdays and rest hard on sundays. any help would be appreciated.

well shoes can come untied, but I don’t have to attend to the flip flops, they’re cool, comfortable, no athletes foot either, and they stay on up to 8mph so they’re fine for jogging

hey midland stop being an idiot you say that you run a 16:45 when on another video you say you run a 17 something and then you say you run a 4:45 mile and then on another vid you say that you run a 5:13 and last but not least do you even know what grade your in b.c you say a lot of stuff but what seems to be very inconsistent is your jump from 8th grade to being a freshman and also an xc race is 3.1 not 3.2
