    i think side stitches would probably be better prevent with oblique crunches, rather than regular

    yeah this is great advice, lets train our bodies in one movement plane develop a severe anterior tilt in the hips because americans already dont spend 90% of their day in a flexed seated position. Great advice, I might not have side stitches, but im still inefficient because now we have compounded an issue that the majority of the population suffers from anterior pelvic tilt!
