    I think the stairs are too short there..but it can be helpful for beginners.

    Yes, it helps.. I play basketball and it helped me a lot.

    Yes you can enhance your leg movement frequency and most of all your balance. Balance is a very important aspect if you want to be able to improve your agility.

    But I guess you could find some better stairs.. =)

    I actually use to run the actual stadium seats and not the steps. It increased my quickness and my explosion. Then I would run a mile around the track and run stadiums in the middle of it it boosted everything. Speed, Agility, quickness, explosion.

    i do body weight exercises and do up hill fast running five times a week .should doing just uphill fast running or sprints five times a week help me build overall muscle and strength.

    This is really great advice but it mostly helps when you’re tired because then you’ve got to push yourself to not stop because your legs are going to be in pain.

    changes in your leg power can only be gained when ther is tress on the muscles, trying doing, squats, lundges, and ham curls.

    The best thing you can do here is to run up then do a arm flex each stair down.
    Now thats exercise.-
