oh my god i hated doing this in hs i would ask the coach for esclators 2 b put in
um…i think, i should but if you really want to improve you jump just one word “plyometrics.”
those are some crappy bleachers
He got a little tired…
I think the stairs are too short there..but it can be helpful for beginners.
does this really makes you faster?
well Yes, but u got todo it like skipping one step in the middle after every step
5 meter hill sprints are cool too
It depends on what kind od stairs do you have:D
Yes, it helps.. I play basketball and it helped me a lot.
Yes you can enhance your leg movement frequency and most of all your balance. Balance is a very important aspect if you want to be able to improve your agility.
But I guess you could find some better stairs.. =)
I actually use to run the actual stadium seats and not the steps. It increased my quickness and my explosion. Then I would run a mile around the track and run stadiums in the middle of it it boosted everything. Speed, Agility, quickness, explosion.
this is what i use in my workouts: it doesnt matter what you do, just do it
does this strengthen ur legs
i do body weight exercises and do up hill fast running five times a week .should doing just uphill fast running or sprints five times a week help me build overall muscle and strength.
This is really great advice but it mostly helps when you’re tired because then you’ve got to push yourself to not stop because your legs are going to be in pain.
In my house i have a set of 20 stairs, would that be enough stairs do you think?
hell… I can just run up n down my own stairs. its better anyway. Plus your private. on those, people wlking by will think your crazy!!! O_o
this would help with soccer right?
LOL who cares what people think, your getting in shape, your trying to improve yourself
Yes, it helps your strength in your legs.
does this increase r speed
you actually have to sprint! Not jog!
changes in your leg power can only be gained when ther is tress on the muscles, trying doing, squats, lundges, and ham curls.
i’m a student coucillor so i can go upstairs and train without being noticed hehe lol
troo that
The best thing you can do here is to run up then do a arm flex each stair down.
Now thats exercise.-
