Hi Steve I was wondering whether i could lose 30 lbs in 7 lbs I Am 18 and 130 lbs i played football all my life but had an unfortunate injury and gained tons of fat. Could you give me some tips to eat less and just get more focused to lose FAT. Thanks

is it better to eat a small portion of a cookie/snacks/junk food to help satisfy your hunger?(if possible)
or is it better to eat alot of something less junky like soup or cereal and to get full from it?

Here’s how to lose weight: Quit snacking. Quit eating garbage. Cook your meals. Avoid buffets. Avoid soft drinks. Get off your asses. Ride a bike. Walk to the store. Travel and see how the rest of the world lives and eats.
deffenetly good advice =) it’s the number of calories that counts so you gotta keep track of it and eat the right amount everyday, also make sure you don’t decrease the number of calories too much as this would turn on the suviving mode and shut down your metabolism, check my channel to see what i’m talking about

wow that is acutally true…i have been watching what i eat and it’s been working but i’m missing the foods i use to eat…i have them once in a while now but man i want a burger lol….i keep up with my exercising everyday and i have to say i am addicted to it lol…i cant stop…
